我們欣然發佈現代傳播的第一份《環境、社會及管治報告》, 並以此增加信息披露的透明度,匯報營運對環境及社會的影 響,接受不同持份者的監督。我們致力提高對環境和社會議 題的風險管理,加強辨識此類風險的能力,避免潛在的影響。
董事會非常重視集團的可持續發展,於今年十一月設立了環 境、社會及管治委員會,進一步完善集團的管治架構,為集 團的可持續、健康和安全發展奠定基礎。

A Message from the Management
"Through environmental, social and regulatory reports, Modern Media is moving towards a healthier and more environmentally friendly direction of development, which is beneficial for all stakeholders.”
We are pleased to release Modern Media’s first “Environment, Society, and Regulation Report” and to use it in increasing the transparency of disclosed information, reporting on our operational impact on the environment and society, and receiving supervision by different stakeholders. We are committed to improving risk management of environmental and social issues, in order to strengthen our ability to identify such risks and avoid potential effects.
The Board pays great attention to the sustainable development of the company. An Environment, Society and Regulation Committee was established this November to further improve the governing structure of the company and to lay the foundation for its sustainable, healthy, and safe development.
The media industry emphasizes on the innovation of content, and our employees are the core power of sustainable development. We are committed to providing a superior working environment for our employees and caring for their physical and mental health. We train our employees attentively and encourage their personal development. As a high-quality information dissemination organization, we rely on the effort of each employee to disseminate information efficiently and accurately with an acute sensibility.
