现代传播创办于1993年至今已逾二十五年整,并于2009年9月在香港主板上市(0072),是中国大陆最早的高端传播集团之一。本集团是一间涵盖文化、艺术、时尚、生活方式、商业等内容的综合性跨媒体传播集团。1993年创办了《现代画报》,1998年率先创办中国第一份综合性大型周报Paperzine杂志式报纸《周末画报》,于此同时陆续创办了《优家画报》等十多份杂志,并于2010年创办中国第一个移动App杂志,Mobilezine - iWeekly。2011年与彭博社合作创办《商业周刊/中文版》,并2013年出版《彭博商業周刊/中文版》在大中华地区发行,包括数字平台、平面平台、论坛及展会平台。2017年与时代华纳集团旗下《Instyle》进行版权合作,创办中国版《Instyle优家画报》。2017年四月收购全球著名文化创意短视频网站NOWNESS,开启Videozine新时代。

Established in 1993 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 0072), the group has witnessed 25 years of prosperity as the first high-end media corporation to operate its business in the Chinese Mainland. We are a wide-ranging cross-media communication group covering culture, art, fashion, lifestyle and business. The group released the first issue of the magazine Modern in 1993, and China’s first ever all-round weekly paperzineModern Weekly in 1998. Around the same years, it founded Modern Lady and more than 10 other magazines, and launched in 2010 the first ever mobile application for magazine, mobilezine - iWeekly. In 2011, it launched Businessweek/China together with Bloomberg News and in 2013 Bloomberg Businessweek/China to be operated together with its digital, print and art fair platforms in the Greater China Region. In 2017, it launched Instyle Modern Lady through a copyright cooperation with the Time Inc. And in April 2017, the group turned on a new era of Videozine by purchasing NOWNESS, the globally famous creative life video platform.
